1. Do I need to register in order to purchase?
No, you do not need to register with us before any purchase can be made. However,
Registration is easy and FREE of charge, and you will be able to receive up to date arrivals of our new products and promotions.

2. How do I register an account?
You can click on “Login” on the top right hand corner, then sign up under ‘New Account Creation’.

3. What are the benefits of registration?

• View order status(e.g order history and Order number)
• Exclusive emails on new arrivals and promotions updates

4. Do I need a PayPal account to pay?
No, you do not need a Paypal account to pay for your orders.

5. Will my personal information be kept private?
Yes. At Sweet Glamour, we do not keep any information relating to your credit card details. Paypal is a safe and secure site where you can purchase your items at ease. When you use Paypal, your information is never shared with Sweet Glamour.

6. What other payment methods do you accept?
You may make your payment via Internet Banking or Bank Transfer (via ATM) Internet Banking or Bank Transfer is only applicable for local payment only. As for overseas payment, we accept credit cards payment through Paypal or Telegraphic Transfer (TT). As Sweet Glamour carries limited pieces of each item, please make payment within 36 hours upon receiving a confirmation email from us.
*Note that if payments not made within 36 hours, your orders might be deleted and you will have to place the orders again. Do inform our sales team at sales@sweetglamour.com

7. How can i track my order?
You may go to the link at the top of the page and click on ‘My Account’ to view your orders.

8. Am I able to change my order?
Once an order has been placed and payment has been made, we are unable to make any changes to the order including cancellations.

9. Can you provide more information about your products?
Sweet Glamour will provide as much information on our products in terms of description, measurements, fabric and material information. At Sweet Glamour, we re-measure each individual product to ensure we get the most accurate measurements instead of direct mass forwarding of measurements from our suppliers. Therefore, requests for additional pictures will not be entertained.

10. Shipping Information
All parcels are handled by Singapore Post Office.
Orders received on a Sunday and Singapore public holiday will be processed the next working day.

We would like to hi-light to all customers that if you opt for NORMAL POSTAGE, you have to bear the responsibility for any items not received. We do not accept complaints or feedbacks for items not received via normal mail. We will send an email to update customers 1 day before we send out the item(s).

Registered mail is always the preferred choice.

11. How long does it take to receive my order?
Once we receive your payment, we will send out the item within the next day. Parcel should reach you in 1-3 working days.(Local)

12. Can i request for self collection?
No, self collection is unavailable.

13. I have ordered the wrong size, can I make an exchange?
No, measurements and sizes are displayed clearly on each apparel's description page. We do not refund or perform exchanges for apparels which do not fit customer's size.

14. The colour/tone/material seems a bit different compared to the item received, can I change it?
No, Due to lighting and different screen’s resolution, items may present a slight difference compared to the images shown. However, at Sweet Glamour, we will indicate in product’s description if the item differs that in the picture shown.

15. I have received a defected item, can I do an exchange?>
At SweetGlamour.com, we strive to provide quality products to our valued customers. Before an item is sent out, we will check thoroughly if the merchandise is in perfect condition. Defective items will not be sent out. You may take a picture of the defective item and email the picture to us, clearly stating the defective part. We will not bear the charges that are incurred when you send the item back to us, within 7 days from the date you receive the item.
