Payment
*Within Singapore*
- We only accept full payment. This is to facilitate faster processing and delivery of orders. Payment can be made by Pay Pal, ATM fund transfer or internet banking.
- Kindly make full payment within 36 hours upon placing your checkout.
- Let us know your order ID or Transaction reference code via email once payment has been made.
- Please understand that if you are paying by ATM transfer, no transaction details will be reflected on our side, hence, it is important for you to inform us immediately that you have transferred the payment, to avoid any confusion.
- Upon receipt of full payment, your order will be processed in one (1) working day
- Orders will be regarded as void if payment is not received within this time period. Items may be reserved for other interested buyers.
- All prices are stated in Singapore dollars(SGD).
- Prices stated are not inclusive of local delivery charges. Please choose mode of delivery before checking out.
- The whole process from payment made to receiving your items usually do not exceed more than 4 working days. (If payment is prompt) Once payment is received, we will send out your items within the next working day.

*Overseas Payment*
- Kindly make the full payment upon checkout. Payment can be made by via PayPal (including Mastercard and Visa) and Telegraphic Transfer (TT).
- Prices stated are in Singapore Dollars(SGD).
- Prices are not inclusive of delivery charges.
Shipping
*Orders within Singapore*
We will not be responsible for any losses or damages that may occur during the process of a normal mail delivery. Hence, registered mail is always the preferred delivery option for any online purchases.
Normal Mail – Normal mail delivery is $1 per item. Package will be delivered to the mailbox directly by Singpost postman. No tracking number is available for normal mail.
Registered Mail - Package will be delivered directly to the address doorstep by Singpost postman. Tracking number is available. In case of unsuccessful delivery, the postman will leave a collection slip behind in the address mailbox for collection at the nearest post office.
Registered mail postage is additional $2.20 to normal mail postage.

For Overseas Customers:
Eg. For 3 items to be shipped to Zone A, calculation will be as follows:
