Returns & Exchanges
Sweet Glamour does NOT allow any exchanges to be made if sizes do not fit as ALL items are carefully re-measured and stated under product description. Kindly read the products' measurements before purchase.We seek your understanding in this matter =)
An exchange can only be made if:
- the item received is defective upon delivery
- exchange of defective item is initiated within 7 days from date of delivery
- kindly take a clear picture of the defective item and attach it to an email to us
- customer will have to pay for the shipping charges to send the items back to us
However, it is unlikely that you will receive a defective item because we will check to ensure items are in perfect condition before shipping it out. Sweet Glamour has the right to reject any requests for exchanges if merchandise is suspected to be tampered with.
